"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. "

"The Perfect Getaway Home My family stayed at Sugarlands Villa in December 2024, and it was spectacular. This villa provided the perfect retreat for a family seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. I had a very late flight and arrived a little after midnight. Our host, Candice, was there to greet us and ensure we settled in comfortably. "The employees were friendly and helpful. There were some safety issues at this property. I fell in the bathroom because the tub was very high and the step to enter was too low. The room door needs a peephole. The step on the outside leading to the second floor has one stair two inches higher than the other stairs where i bounce my toes numerous times. I reported all these issues to the property manager on duty he did not take any notes and told me he was aware of these problems. Apart from that...

"Front desk was very warm and did her best to ensure I enjoyed my stay. Very sweet. Highly suggest booking a massage. The resort should really have that staff avail everyday.. breakfast options are fantastic. Welcome drink is AMAZING. Book ocean view for the best balcony view. Didn’t check out the gym but saw a lot of people using it. Overall very quiet resort. I read the comments after I booked and I have to say, my experience was nothing close to the negative experience that others had, I would book again."
