"The apartment was very nice with a see view. All the 3 bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning systems. Mr Ahmet is a very nice and kind person. He was very collaborative and helpful all the time of our stay. For example, the kitchen was missing some things and Mr Ahmet was very helpful and he managed to supply us with the missing equipment immediately. We had a very nice and positive stay at Osmanli Suite Airport Trabzon and we recommend this apartment further."

"We booked the two bedroom apartment. However the owner stated that he made a mistake, and the ground floor is available which is a three bedroom. The apartment was not clean at all. The shower and toilet doesn’t work properly. There are ant, spiders, and roaches. The garbage from the previous guest was still in the kitchen. No toilet papers, towels and hand soap was available in the unit. Total disappointment."
