"We have stayed at My Place hotels before because they are a good price point and accept dogs. When we booked our room, we paid in full. When we arrived, we received our keys. When we tried to open the door, the key card did not work. My husband went back to the front desk, said we are in room 205 and our card does not work. The desk agent reconfirmed our room number and re-issued our card. When we opened the door - IT WAS OCCUPIED!!!! Thank goodness by a clothed man lying on the bed watching TV. The hotel was overbooked but they were able to give us a handicap accessible room as it was 10 pm at night and finding another hotel could have been problematic. I'm happy they corrected the problem but NOTE to SELF! Always latch the deadbolt and the extra lock!!!!! YIKES!!"
"Everything was very good. Room and vathroom were very clean
Bed and linens were clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking is good. Great location."
"Great place to stay! It was a challenge and a half to find the place though... Google maps takes you to a different hotel, and although you can see the place from the highway it is a maze to get to. Great when you get there!"
"They are working on renovations at the property. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I had some questions on local attractions and the front desk staff answered these questions for me."
