"We rented this place a couple of months ago for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. On the day of check in we still had not received any info to get into the house. After several texts, emails, messages, and a phone call, we finally called VRBO customer service to get a different house. When the property owner did call back, we explained that we needed checkin information and she hung up on us! She also hung up on VRBO when they attempted to reach out. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
