Check in friendly and quick, helpful with anything you need. Comfortable apartment equipped with what you could need. Good location to surrounding areas. Only complaint would be the sink is extremely small and so awkward to use & the shower hose itself could do with a good wipe down.

Excellent customer service from the second I booked! Really great communication, the place was perfect as well. Parking right out front. Close enough to everything you need in Blackpool but far enough it’s quite at night. I’ve already re-booked for next year :)

A lovely property, very clean, and everything you might need was available (such as crockery/cutlery/fridge/cooker). The owners were busy but fully available for any queries you may have - both charming people. Blackpool centre/Tower etc are very close, a few minutes walk, but the area around the property was quiet and i felt safe entering or leaving the property. The trams on the promenade are also a few minutes walk away.

Never stayed in a place like it

You have to bring your own towels or pay £5 a bundle, you have to pay for the electricity you use and you have to take the bin out at the end of your stay… with no bins outside except the public one with a tiny opening The apartment was in a very quiet area, looked very nice and was comfortable but there was mould/mildew in the shower. The bathroom sink was also very small. I may have overlooked this on hotels.com but I wasn’t made aware of the extras like having to bring a towel or having to pay for electricity and the cleaning until after I had booked and an email was sent to me so maybe this should be made more clear? I did enjoy my stay but it was a very strange experience for me because I’ve only ever stayed in apart hotels which provide a lot more.

Received a fabulous warm welcome from Tash, nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was in an excellent central location for walking to everything in town. Really comfortable and well equipped.

Staff very courteous. Very comfortable and warm room. In excellent location and within walking distance from all local attractions. No bread knife. Sink in bathroom was too small and shelf above it made it impossible to brush teeth in bathroom. Had to do this in kitchen. Scum clearly visible in sink taps and on shower head and hose. Despite this it was a fair price and we would consider staying again.

Really enjoyable chill out by the seaside with my son If you want to be up near the Tower then ideal location plus the street itself has a few hotel bars which are worth a stop along the way Local shop and more importantly fish and chip shop on the corner Far enough away from the weekend mayhem

Excellent and Friendly

Excellent communication as soon as I booked. We stayed in Apt 5 and found it to be clean, comfortable and home from home. Also very well equipped for self catering needs. Friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning.
