"Excellent hotel with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. There was a great variety of options to choose from, and the self-service waffle machine was a fun and unique touch that made breakfast even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others."

"Extremely good value for the location and for a room for 3 (would easily have slept 4 as we had a big double bed plus 2 bunkbeds). We didn't expect 5 star accomodation, given the incredibly good price, and we knew the hotel owners were doing up the rooms one by one. Our room was dated, as we expected, but perfectly good. The double bed was very comfortable and the bunks were fine to sleep on. Bedding, towels, etc spotlessly clean. The bathroom was clean and everything 100% functional. We thought the room might be overly warm (top floor) but actually it was a nice temperature, despite the hot weather! Staff very friendly and accomodating, as we needed to leave bags both before AND after our one-night stay (making the most of our time in Blackpool). Very conveniently located for Sandcastle Waterpark and Blackpool Pleasure Beach, and very near the South Pier tram stop."

"Booked a room for 3, was given one with beds for 2. Hotel blamed hotels.com while hotels.com blamed the hotel. So I spent 2 nights sleeping on the floor. Absolutely no effort was made by the hotel to assist at all. We had to request an extra pillow and quilt for using on the floor as the carpet wasn't clean enough. The bathroom wasn't clean and the toilet seat was broken. Lamp in room also didn't work. Incredibly disappointing start to our holiday. Will never return."

"When we arrived the lady was amazing can't fault her at all she was really helpful and welcoming, the hotel was clean and tidy just a little out dated, my only problems were the beds were very uncomfortable and the bunk bed was very squicky and all the pools were broken underneath and coming away so we didn't feel safe using them so kids had to top and tale and 1 in our bed which was a small double, the note on the back of the door and online said breakfast was till 10 but was till 9 so missed that as came down at 9.05, and then the room above us was having a shower and it was pouring threw the ceiling which it clearly had done many times by the look of things, so I informed the lady and she said "ill go knock upstairs and tell them to shut door just put towel down" no I'll have someone come look at it or nothing and it kept doing it the on and off the who stay so all the bathroom was shocked,. The car park area is away from the site too which you block each other in as it looks like a car dealer ship rather than a car park so felt very unsafe and didn't like that as we couldn't go get it when we wanted as it was blocked in. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay again but the first lady I met was lovely and was ok for a few nights"
