The bed was comfy and the room was clean however we were in the corner sea view room and the outside window frame was not connected to the frame, there were sliding windows in front covering this but the winds were bad and we could hear it through the window all night.

We were very disappointed .. the communal areas were very dated and unclean .. we could smell sewage in out bedroom which was coming from the bathroom is was terrible . We ran the water in the shower and sink which did help to reduce the smell .. The staff were excellent friendly and very helpful ..

What an absolute little find. Right opposite the north pier right on the sea front. This lovely little hotel has a lift to every floor of his breakfast large rooms. They're all reasonably basic but spotlessly clean and the location is amazing. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and I will be definitely be going back.
