The communications were great and access to the flat was easy with the instructions given. We were fortunate to be able to squeeze onto the last space on the pavement to park. Right on the promenade so not quiet at night but was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. A plug socket nearer the bedroom mirror for being able to see whilst you do your hair would be fab and bigger mugs for a full size cuppa in the morning. The heaters worked well to warm up the sitting room. The shower could be improved as it was very hit and miss either scorching hot or really cold with slight movement of the dial and the shower head had to be propped up to be high enough for an adult to stand under.

Great location, lovely apartment. Couldn't park in the car park, was advised to park on the pavement but would have blocked another car in, and ended up getting a parking ticket.

Nice apartment which has everything you need. Great location, right on the beach front within easy walking distance of all the main attractions on the promenade. Free on-site car parking, either in the car park or on the pavement outside. Good response from the owner if you need to ask any questions.

I'd stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Its in a great location either a walk to Tower or tram ride with station just over the road. Lovely and quiet. I would definitely stay again. The owners were very helpful on the phone too. The bed was very comfy too.

Shirt familly stay for 4

Nice spot on Blackpool front however building looks run down. Although off road parking was onsite there were no spaces so parking was at an aditional cost some way from the apartment due to how busy it was in the area. The appartment itself was very clean and comfortable however quite small.

Great location not far from North Pier and Pleasure Beach. Located right on the front it is say to get to. Push button entry to building and flat. Good size bedrooms, each with a TV.

This property has potential to be nice but we had some major issues, we have to manual fill up the toilet bowl because it took to long to fill. The bathroom just needs to be redone. The design and location were great but was missing little things like a full length mirror (important if you’re a girl lol)

Great family holiday in a superbly apartment

Great stay in the penthouse apartment of Kennedy House. Wonderful views from the balcony across the beach and down the promenade. Fantastic location between the Pleasure Beach and the Tower. All rooms clean and tidy. The off-street parking was a bit of an issue when we first arrived as every space was taken but by the evening there was a free space available. Otherwise, great stay with the family and would recommend the apartment.

Extremely disappointing

Apartment no9 doesn’t feature in the photos for good reason and if you are allocated in this apartment good luck…the whole place was stinking of smoke and half the windows wouldn’t even open or if they did they came away in your hand. The property wasn’t clean and walking around in white socks resulted in black socks. The mattress is severely caved in and in need of changing over 10 years ago. The pull out bed is something to be desired! Anything metal was rusty including the curtain poles…not entirely sure how that is even possible. The location is great but if you want to listen to parties all night it’s definitely the place to be. Extremely disappointing.

Great price. Great Location.

Great price for 3 nights. Good location - only 1-2 minutes from a tram stop...so only 5 mins up to the Tower and North Pier. Lovely apartment...very clean and tidy with everything you need for a long or short stay. Local shops only 5 mins walk away including a Tesco Express and Iceland. lovely view of the sea and arch from the kitchen/balcony. Highly recommend.
