Quiet time away

What a lovely couple running The Penrhyn they couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of options. The room was comfortable and clean and very quite , if you are looking for a few days away in Blackpool look no further its really great value for money.

Very pleasant owners, nothing too much trouble. Very convenient for seeing the "lights".
Just round the corner are the illuminations with a very convenient tram stop.
Sunset over the sea just at the end of the road from the Penrhyn.

Great place to stay and lovely friendly hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The hosts were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Very comfy bed and a good shower. It was within walking distance of sea front and the trams which run every 15 minutes going to centre Blackpool, Cleveleys and Fleetwood. Parking easy and we had a lovely plentiful breakfast.

Try it you will not be disappointed.

We have stayed in Blackpool many times and have never found the place where we think we can happily go back to until now. The Penrhyn is clean, comfortable and in a great location. The hosts are incredibly relaxed and funny and produce a lovely cooked breakfast. All in all it suited our needs and also at a very competitive price. Thanks.

A lovely stay

Had a lovely couple of days at the Penrhyn.The hosts,Laurie and Caron,were very welcoming and friendly.The breakfast had everything you needed.There was a warm atmosphere in the bar in the evenings.Laurie had many an interesting tale to tell.Our room at the front of the hotel was spacious and clean with a large TV and tea and coffee making facilities plus biscuits.There is a tram stop at the bottom of the road,just a couple of hundred yards from the hotel.We would definitely stay at the Penrhyn again.Thank you Laurie and Caron.

Exceptional value

This was an overnight stop on our way home from holiday in Devon and was perfectly suitable. We received a warm welcome from the hotel owners. Excellent breakfast all included in what was a fantastic price.

Lovely hosts. Nice budget B&B.

Just a one night stay. Hosts were lovely and room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Shower could have done with more pressure but really not something to moan about for the price. Would recommend and stay again.

Lovely little hotel!

We chose The Penrhyn as we were travelling to Blackpool for the Blackpool v Birmingham game. The hotel was located in the North shore and was a short taxi/tram journey to the centre of Blackpool. The hotel itself was really clean and the owners were really helpful.

Small but excellent

Clean family run 5 bed hotel very warm welcome very please with stay. Last stop on 2week road trip to Scotland. Bye far the best covid safety arrangement of whole trip, e.g. only 5 bedrooms but breakfast in two sittings table 4m apart, cleaner between sittings, server wearing gloves and mask etc. I think their attention to detail re covid shows their general attitude to good service I highly recommended The Penrhyn and will return
