Location was perfect witha 5 minute walk to the promenade. The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Lots of parking available outside the hotel, felt very safe walking around the area with my young family.

Great Stay

Enjoyed a really nice afternoon, evening and morning in Blackpool. We stayed at the Willin and the location, room and owner were fabulous, such a friendly place. Will definitely look to stay at the Willin again next time we travel up north.

Very friendly, rooms clean and great service. Only let down was our bathroom although private was not en-suite (many rooms are but age of property meant some including ours aren’t). Was able to make use of the free parking which was very useful. Generally very pleased with the hotel and would return.

Stayed here for a night for my sons birthday, right by the centre of everything but without the noise, breakfast and hospitality was excellent and they even saved me a parking space on arrival, will be coming back here during the winter months for lights etc

Great place, great value, great owners

Owners were really nice,they couldn’t do enough to help. Really friendly and really helpful. The room was great nothing that you didn’t need and all the things you did. Beds were comfy, everything was clean. We didn’t spend a massive amount of time in the room it’s was more of a base but there was a bar and pool table if required. With regard to value- you can’t go wrong, a great little B&B for a weekend away. WiFi was good (essential in Blackpool) as the signal is poor most places. All in all a good value place to stay, great owners making you feel really welcome I’ll be back!

We came to stay at Willin hotel on Saturday. The owners, Lukas and Samina, couldn’t do enough for you, they was really, lovely people. The breakfast was cooked fresh just as I asked. The room was small. But for a Blackpool hotel, it did its purpose. The towels and shower gel, and tea/coffee facilities in our room was a lovely additional touch for the price. Warm, comfortable and clean. Thank you, we will be back. Highly recommend.

Couldnt of asked for a better place to stay for the night with the family. We were anxious about getting the right hotel especially with taking the little ones but we got lucky. Nothing was too much trouble and the family running the hotel were so lovely and friendly, our kids ended up playing with theirs and gave us an hour off too chill out. We will be staying again next time we are in Blackpool would highly recommend, the rooms were lovely and super clean also. 10/10 from us and we will be back

5 star customer service

Five star service from start to finish. Lukas and Andrea contacted us on the day to ask our time of arrival and we’re waiting as we arrived. We had a family room which was actually 2 connecting rooms. One with a double bed and one with triple bunks. The double mattress was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was absolutely spotless. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with proper mugs (not tiny cups) which was a bonus. The cooked breakfast was delicious and there was also cereal and fruit juices available. When we were leaving we were given a bag with locally sourced crisps and lollies for our journey home, which was a lovely touch. Also, even though we had checked out in the morning, when we arrived back to our car in the early evening and were all soaking from the Pleasure Beach rides, Andrea invited us in to get changed out of our wet clothes. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and all the special touches 😍

Fab stay, would 100% recommend

We booked this very last minute (the afternoon before) and were not disappointed. Lukas the host was lovely and very welcoming, messaged us on the morning of arrival to let us know our room was ready and was happy for us to check in and leave our bags so we could go out and make the most of our day. We will definitely book to stay again. The location is fab too as it just up the road from the central pier so very handy for all the attractions around there and the Tower area.

Me and my daughter stayed at the Willin house to celebrate completing her first year at uni and it was fantastic! Lucas and Andrea couldnt do enough for us thet really went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is impeccably clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. They even let us have a lie in after the normal check out time which was much needed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Blackpool and will definitely be returning. Thank you guys 😊

Lucas and Andrea were amazing hosts, the room was lovely and we were upgraded to a bigger room at no extra cost, we were warmly greeted and got to park right outside. The area is very central and within easy walking distance of all the sights. The room had tea and coffee facilities with a small fridge, shower was great and room was nice and warm, bar downstairs was open on Saturday and had a few drinks and a great chat with Lucas. Breakfast was lovely and made for us individually, not a huge bacon fan as it is always over or undercooked but Andrea cooks it to perfection, no rush about breakfast and was at a time that was good for us. Hotel is being upgraded (Lucas told us this) but to be honest the work that has already been done makes it nice and homely. Would highly recommend the hotel and would be happy to spend time here again
