"She was very informative and made my check-in very smooth! The room was great, the shower pressure was perfect (the shower curtain was a bit short but I made it work) but the room was very clean and the bed was the BEST bed I'd ever slept on at a hotel EVER. Highly recommend this hotel especially if you will be staying longer than 1 night. It is 30 minutes from downtown Charlotte and worked out great for us going to the Metallica concert there. I will DEFINITELY book here again when I come there for future visits! "

"The staff helped me a lot i had issues with rooms and had to change 3 times. Finally he got me to a safe spot and decent room. Hotel needs to update its sheets cig holes in them (non smoking hotel now ) but old sheets. They are nice but breakfast was not available and was told when i booked they had it. Parts of hotel just need updating badly ! Still my stay was good ! "
