"My sister and I were looking for a place to stay in Floyd while we were caring for our elderly dad. This apartment was perfect and was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The location was also great and very convenient to everything in Floyd. The owner was also amazing and helped accommodate us at the last minute and was very responsive. I will definitely stay here again!"

"This is our second time staying in this unit! It is a comfortable space that allows you to relax and enjoy your time. Often I find it hard to sleep in a place that isn’t home but the bed reminded me of my bed at home. Neil was great with communication and made sure our stay was great the whole time. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!"

"The experience was unlike any I have had with the other company. The house was impeccably, clean, and unlike many other places, they went out of their way to leave items that normally you have to buy. There was coffee and snacks, shampoo and body wash. It just felt like a place you could stay as soon as you walked in. Then after I left, I noticed I had some medical equipment and they went out of their way to mail me the next day. Unbelievable I look forward to staying there again. Thank you."

"We stayed here for VT graduation and could not have picked a better place. The lodge is wonderful- clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The view outside is gorgeous and there is so much to do. Our kids loved playing frisbee and feeding the goats and donkeys. Our grad loved the Hokie decor, and the grandparents loved the beauty, peace, and quiet. We are already makign plans to come back."

"Great place"

"I came up for a "Dad's Weekend" with my VT kid. I first checked hotels and because it was the VT spring game and parents weekend, prices were outrageously high. I checked VRBO and this property came up. It was much more reasonably priced, had more space than I needed, and parking was convenient. The neighborhood isn't anything fancy, but I didn't go there to walk around Christiansburg, plus the 15min drive to VT is easy. All-in-all, much better than a hotel room. Would definitely stay there...

"The clubhouse was a quiet little retreat with all the comforts you need for a tranquil getaway. We spent the weekend here for our anniversary and it was more than we could have hoped for. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The property is peaceful and the views are stunning. We didn't want to drag ourselves out of the hot tub, but it was also such a nice place to just walk and breathe and relax."

"Really enjoyed our short stay. The property was spacious, very clean and well-maintained. Just a roughly 10-minute walk on clean streets to the center market area and adjunct points of interest such as transportation and Art museums. Some raucous street noise from Campbell when you're in the living room/kitchen, but blessedly quiet and dark in the bedroom. Roku TV offers lots of viewing options. Our host, Steve, was generally responsive, and coded access to the building was much appreciated....

"The was my first time staying at a VRBO and this one was more than I expected. There was a bottle of wine, snacks & fully stocked kitchen. There were plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone to have. The place was clean, and the area was very quiet. We were close to restaurants and shops. Wish we had more time to explore the town of Floyd. We definitely would stay there again!"

"I like it. I would book again but in warmer weather for me. I enjoy the scenry, the openness and the quietness. One suggestion, maybe i overlooked it but state that cell phone connectivity is low due to area. If you have a wifi code you should include it in welcome letter as when you get there the service is very low to non existing."

"A great rental facility with all the extras. Plenty of room and very well maintained. Ample parking for everyone. We had a party of 16 and everyone was impressed with the accommodations. We plan to return in the near future. NOTE: Please conduct a pre and post inspection for continuity. This property deserves the best!"

"This property provides a wonderful riverside stay on the New River right on the river with easy access and easy parking right in front of the cabin efficiency. Close access to to the Whitehorne Boat Ramp for those the need a ramp as well as the scenic McCoys Falls right up Rt 625. Communication and instructions was excellent to plan our arrival and stay for the weekend.We look forward to coming back again this summer."
