VT Football/Graduation Rental

We purchased this home in 2019 and did a complete renovation. The basement is a full time rental. The upstairs we rent out for VT Football games and graduation. This rental includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Easily sleeps 6. The back patio includes a table, chairs and gas grill for you to use. The bedrooms include 1 queen, 1 queen, and a twin bed with trundle. This rental is across Prices Fork Road from Campus and is approximately 1.5 miles from Lane Stadium.

I visited in the fall with some college friends for a game weekend, and had an incredible stay! The house is beautiful and in a great location, walking distance to campus and downtown. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Blacksburg for a weekend!

Fun relaxing family weekend in Blacksburg. House was updated and comfortable and host was very welcoming. Great proximity to the VT campus. Even came with some good luck as we watched Hokies win!
