So happily surprised by how great this hotel is. To start, check in was super easy. The room exceeded expectations. It was so spacious! Very quiet as well. A/C was perfectly set. The breakfast the next morning was top-notched. Everything was well maintained and employees were present and helpful. Would definitely stay again, and definitely recommend to friends and family. Also very conveniently located and lots of parking available.

Our room was big and clean. Area was perfect for a quick visit with our daughter. We did not eat breakfast there or use the pool. Front desk and housekeeper were friendly. Water pressure in shower was not great.

Overall the hotel was properly staffed. Friendly staff. Only problem which I decided not to complain about, because we were leaving, was the last night we were there, individuals booked next to our room decided to engage in adult activities which were loud enough that woke up my daughter and myself at 3 am. Thankfully, relatives of ours were booked two rooms down from us and they left early, and we used their room to reclaim of lost time of sleep which was about an hour. Staff had good breakfast, and were friendly during all other times of interaction. Nice hotel.

Plenty of parking, staff was courteous, breakfast was good and the room/ bathroom was spacious, clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that the extra security lock to my room door was MISSING!! In today's world, that extra security is needed. I would recommend this hotel.

I have never had a reception employee be so arrogant, miserable, unhelpful and unfriendly as the man who checked us in! While our room was comfortable, the bed comfy, we struggled with the lower than usual toilet especially my tall husband. Breakfast was average and again seating there uncomfortable. I also expected glass glasses in our room. Covid habit? Not what I expected from a Hampton.

Check was fast, staff was great, I was grossly over charged for a 1 night stay because of the " World Cup" which i could give 2 cent about "price gouging." Just wanted to be 2 minutes from a party venue.My refrigerator in the room did not work and the toilet was clogged! Maintenance was not available so we were handed a plunger to do it ourselves!!
