She was so helpful during my short stay and always checked on me throughout the process to make sure I arrived and had everything I needed along the way. The location is easily walkable to the nearby CVS for last minute items. The 500 bus from IAH was the perfect affordable recommendation paired with a quick, cheap uber from the convention center to the property. The place is central to many key places in Houston.
