"This is a decent good hotel, in the back of some abandoned buildings. Not really walkable to many areas, restaurants or the beach. But the hotel is clean, safe and there is a circle k nearby for drinks. The staff are very helpful, friendly, kind and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good and offered good variety while changing the breakfast content everyday. The pool and scenery of the hotel was very beautiful and relaxing. The pool was warm, empty and great for swimming. Me and my family had a wonderful experience here, thank you The Kana at Kuta Beach. The is also a good Chinese restaurant across from the hotel, that we finally found out about on our last night there. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that there is an abandoned building in the front of the hotel that isn’t appealing and the lunch and dinner at the hotel was not very good, other than that, it’s a fantastic hotel, and I have traveled to many places around the would and stayed at countless hotels. Just wanted you to know some pros and cons here. Also not very walkable to get around the area for sight seeing, you have to take transportation. "

"Staff were wonderful and went above and beyond, breakfast was amazing and catered for my child with an allergy - made him egg free pancakes which was so nice. Rooms were very clean and were tidied twice a day for us. We loved Conrad so much, our stay was perfect - thank you "

The staff were super friendly, the room was spotless and stylish, and breakfast was incredible every morning. Perfect mix of fun and relaxation. We’ll definitely be back! "We loved our stay at Hilton. The resort is so well looked after. It’s super clean, staff are extremely helpful and kind, the rooms are generous in size as well as the balcony. The swimming pools and gardens are wonderful. We ate at the shore restaurant and the pool menu and food was delicious. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. The hotel is only a short drive from the town and 50k rup each way in a blue cab. Definitely recommend it. "
