"The property itself, lobby area, and rooms are very nice, with plenty of space. The rooms are well laid out and I particularly liked the species bathroom including a nice deep tub. My only concerns were: 1. My room was extremely dark and got almost no natural light despite being on the top floor. 2. Housekeeping was not as thorough as I would like. 3. My room was pretty noisy despite being on a high floor at the end of the hallway."

"The atmosphere was awesome, very decorative and very well kept. One girl at the front desk named Patrick was awesome! He brought me a remote for my room and he even brought me a space heater b/c I was cold. The down side is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms nor do they have ice on the floors. Other than that it was great! I live that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you places though. Overall it was a good stay."

"My husband is disabled so we had to have a handicap accessible room. My husband always sleeps closest to the bathroom so I had the side by the window. In the room was a rack on wheels for hanging clothes that was in front of the window and near the bed. I tripped on this rack getting up to go to the bathroom and bruised my toe as well as scraped the top of my foot. It is an awkward layout at best and a horrible layout when you trip and get hurt on it! Makes no sense at all. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Just be careful on the handicapped rooms...."
