"Exceeded all expectations this place! We travel around heaps in Australia and overseas but I think this place is the cleanest place we have stayed at. So convenient, the cafe/restaurant/bar was like 15m from our room. Meals start at about 6or7am and go right through the day and into the night. Friendly and helpful staff. Great indoor heated pool with 2x spas and a sauna. Indoor gym, pickle ball court, pool table, foosball table and 2 table tennis tables. Will definitely stay here next time we come to Ballarat!"

"Absolutely lovely. Period features but all up to date plumbing, heating etc. Staff are lovely and had lunch in the dining room atrium area. Pokies downstairs out of sight if you need them close to cinemas walking 400m up the hill and bank over the road for atm. We’ll be back for sure. Only minus I could think of was TV a bit hidden in the cupboard. Cheers"
