"Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am."

"What was once a first class property is now at a crossroads. They can replace the dirty, old, and beat up room furniture, or jut ride down the hotel until it dies of natural causes. Minimal exter parking lot lighting made me think the hotel was closed. Ceiling tiles falling down and burned out lights in the lobby send the "past its prime" vibe. Good Wi Fi, clean bath, and water pressure"

After finally getting some attention the clerk would not open the door she said we were overbooked! I am handicapped my girlfriend was sick and ended up having to stay in Monroe! The hotel is still charging me I was stuck in Dallas traffic or would have been there sooner they still refused to give me my Money back! If they were overbooked refund me my money! "First off they gave me a room with dirty towels I went to ask for more towels and they said they did not have none the toilet was stopped up they had no tissue they had food from the previous guess still in the fridge dirty towels on the floor by the toilet it was just ridiculous I would never book another room from them they unprofessional and they don’t care"
