Food was excellent and loved that you can do pottery painting with a big choice of what you paint. Room very clean and everything you need liked the fact there was fresh milk in a mini fridge for tea and coffee .

I stayed with my adult son for a couple of nights as we were attending a wedding at a nearby venue. The suite consisted of two rooms, one with a double sofa bed which was ideal. Everything about the stay was exactly what we needed, it was clean, comfortable with good food. The highlight was definitely the staff who couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.

We were in room 3 which was huge, it comprised of a small sitting room, bathroom and large bedroom. Bed was very comfortable, room spotless, tv in both sitting room and bedroom. Small fridge in the sitting room with milk and chilled water which was very welcome as it was extremely hot. Breakfast was lovely, good portions, and all the staff were fantastic. We ate dinner both nights and again food was beautiful and portions were big. Excellent stay, absolute little gem of of a pub, the owners/managers should be very proud of their staff.

Very good food. friendly staff. Room was not very good, also no air con. it was OK for a short stay but house keeping was not everyday. Pub and restaurant were very good. breakfast was great. just let down by the room. We might have had the worst room in the pub. windows were frosted because opening the windows we found we were above the kitchen so noisy extraction as well. If I stay here again I would avoid room 1. but everything else was very good.

Lovely room, clean with plenty of space. Very comfortable bed and everything provided that you would need. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was despite the fact that they were dealing with flooding outside the pub following a storm.

Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Bedroom cosy with a super comfy bed. Good variation on the menu for evening meals and selection of continental lagers. Breakfast was beautifully served by a friendly waitress and her young assistant. Will definitely be back. Good job, all. 😀

The pub was supposed to close at 10pm but we heard bad karaoke signers past midnight. Service was very bad. The good news is that I reserved only for one night.
