"I"M glad i took my wife's advice and brought my own. All they had was waffles, some yoghurt and some fruit. The coffee looked like dirty water , "

"Breakfast was on par with others slightly lacking coffee and hot chocolate options. Had the typical 3 hot items either eggs, French toast and sausage or sausage eggs and potatoes my two days. Make your waffle if you like muffins and bread cereals oatmeals , milk almond milk and yogurt with mixed fruit purree kind of option, 2 juices to choose from, but I was happy with the selection. Most hotels including here have backed away from a nice mixed fruit salad, or berries but this one had apples if you wanted some. They did have chocolate chips or dried fruit for your waffle or oatmeal if you wanted. Coffee and hot water with tea options, sugar, French vanilla creamer or half and half portion cups."

"I stayed at this hotel for three weeks! Last night I woke up at 2 am to use the restroom, turned the TV and immediately I heard a shuffling sound. I turned on the light and there were two mice on the table! I screamed, they scampered away, after one was caught in my jacket I had on a chair. They both then went behind the dresser! I called downstairs to let them know and they moved me to another room. I also called a manager who would not give me his name, he kept blowing me saying he was in India, and basically told me I could check out. He was very rude, and every time I've tried to call back he will not answer the phone. According to the young man who was on duty they have a work group chat where he sent a message saying to move me and I could check out in the morning if I was not happy. The manger Terri arrived at 7 am. Se did not say good morning, she never apologized, and she basically said if you are not happy you can check out and leave. She then kept repeating that which was starting to upset me, because I, the customer was the one with the issue. They did not to accommodate me but instead made it seem like it was my fault they had rodents! She was very rude and keep insisting that I leave because I guess she didn't want anyone to over the conversation! I have never been so insulted in my life! Her customer service was awful, and after the money I spent to stay there I had no right being treated that way! "

"Staff went above and beyond for us, they were incredibly warm and welcoming. The complimentary evening refreshments and free breakfast was impressive and a nice surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The fitness facility was nice with various cardio equipment, full dumbbell rack, kettlebells, cable machine with multiple attachments - all of which looked to be brand new. The ONLY thing I think could use improvement is the pool area - it was a lot smaller than what it looks like online, and the water was very pretty yuck by the time we got in. We would still go back nonetheless and recommend this anyone staying in the area. "

"This hotel was a lifesaver. Was assisted by overnight staff Kim, who was extremely helpful to get us to stay here after bad service from prior hotel experience.Ended up staying at this property for one week. The staff were kind and friendly quit to bring resolution to any problems. The property was extremely clean and it felt safe. Property set up with suggestions of things to do nearby with shuttle service, quick and easy to access the expressways and local food spots would definitely stay here again. The Sonesta did not disappoint."
