Fridge in room not working No glasses or china cups provided, only disposable items, poor quality for 4* hotel and not eco friendly. Half used toilet roll - not acceptable Broken USB port, broken door handle to Juliette balcony. TV had been wall mounted directly in front of a picture - why?? Towels very small and poor quality"

"Last minute & random extension to our holiday in Disneyland Paris, decided to stop for an extra day in Belgium and take kids to Plops Aqua Park(Amazing). This hotel was amazing and to me whom travels globally was presented & demonstrated 4 Star Status from check in to check out. So Fantastic that we are already booking to go back and spend a week there at either the hotel or it’s residence next door. Thank you for an amazing last day to our holiday. "
