About this property
Nice home in Prigradica
- This beautiful vacation home right by the sea is an ideal place to spend a dream vacation. It is spacious, airy and has beautiful glass walls through which you can admire the sea and pine trees. It is spread over two floors, but only the 1st floor is available (attic is not used). There are three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and toilet. External stairs lead to the pool terrace, which is separated from the sea only by a small wall. Since the pool is almost at sea level, you are granted a beautiful view of the blue giant. On the pool terrace, as an additional comfort, there is a fully equipped kitchen and an entertainment room with table soccer, a PlayStation4 and electric darts, as well as a hot tub for the early and late season. The last 50 m of the approach road is steep.
