"Front desk staff not helpful, 2 separate housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very dated and our tub didn’t drain well. The location was perfect for our needs and the area is very nice and very safe. Overall it’s just ok but who books a trip to NYC to sit in a hotel room?"

"It was beautiful and the Halloween decor was spot on. The staff was nice and the food at the bar was delicious. There was one thing though....my wife and I were reading in the courtyard and she asked me if there was a basketball next to the gazebo. It was...which was weird because I feel like I should have noticed a bright orange basketball before we sat. I picked it up and bounced it around then returned it thinking nothing of it. Later that night while we were laying in the bed waiting to fall asleep there was the sound of a bouncing ball in the hallway followed by giggles ..it went on for longer than it should have if it was just a kid passing by. My wife talked me into thinking the bouncing was just the sound of kids shoes hitting the hard hallway floor....I'm not saying the hotel is haunted ...but I'm not saying it's not."

"The check in staff are so friendly and helpful. We appreciated this shuttle to and from Met Life stadium. Staff that arranged the shuttle process are friendly and efficient as well. The manager was at the front desk during check-in and he was very friendly and accommodating. There’s just one thing I did notice dried hair on the back of the bathroom door as well as (hair) in the bathtub. But otherwise I would stay here again. It is a very beautiful property."

"Everything is exceptionally well, with the exception of the elevator, you have to wait forever to get the elevator, and when you get on the elevator, you still gotta wait along time for it to close, the elevator feels and seems like it willl fall with people in it and cause an accident"
