Motel One Antwerp

"Really great location and the whole hotel was modern and spotless. The staff were lovely but we had one issue where they kept forgetting to clean our room which we needed to speak to them about a couple of times. I would say that while it’s a lovely new hotel, it is quite basic for the price. The rooms are well designed aesthetically but don’t have much in the way of storage or features. It was at least £200 more than some of the other chain hotels we looked at and I’m not sure whether it’s worth the extra cash."

"A nice base from which to explore Antwerp. It's close to the Station and the main shopping areas of the city so it's really easy to get around. The room was good, with a comfy bed but (and it's no fault of the hotel) it was quite noisy in the street and that was quite audible in the room even with the windows shut. The only downside was the check in process. There were two people on the desk, while one was dealing with a customer the other pretty much ignored us until the previous custome.rh ad left, which was a bit of an inconvenience"

"Like the parking. Like the room and size. Staff was not very friendly.. i guess maybe Belgian people are not known for their hospitality? The hotel is pretty far away from the centre of Antwerp. 1h walk."
