If Jan checks you in all will be good with a smile
"Well the first room was aweful old carpet old bathroom so I went to the front desk and Jan was very friendly and helpful and gave us a nice room the next day the ac was out and the man at the front desk was rude and grump he was there both nights and real unfriendly nothing like Jan he was great"

"Great place for vegans and vegetarians, nice experience to try different kind of products. Surprise was that having half pension during dinner drinks weren’t included and we haven’t been adviced about it. Price 7,50€ for regular glass of wine was shocky to me in such place."

"Rok our contact person for the property was very communicative and helpful. He upgraded our stay to another cottage as well. The cottage had everything we needed, very comfortable. The velika planina was a wonderful experience"
