"the house is located in old hugd Viona. beautiful view towards Locarno. you can make enough beautiful walks from the house. You can also see plenty of cages in the surrounding area. the boulevard of locarno and Ascona are definitely worth a visit. the house is well insulated. with enough good facilities. in short, a top house in a top location"

"We loved this apartment and the escape from the grey city. Frau Stein was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was seamless. Very comfortably-appointed kitchen and coffee on the balcony was the highlight of each day!"

"Wir hatten das Rustico für 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (10 Jahre & unter 1 Jahr) gebucht. Für Kinder unter 3 Jahren ist es aber nicht geeignet. Kein Zugang mit Kinderwagen möglich, gefährliche Elektroheizungen, keine Möglichkeit dass das Baby mal Krabbeln oder Laufen kann. Von der Sauberkeit wollen wir gar nicht sprechen, denn es gab keine. Die „Schlafmöglichkeiten“ unter dem Dach sind absolut fehl. Man muss rein kriechen, also sollten sie nicht als Zimmer genannt werden. Die Weihnachtsdeko stand...

"Wir haben uns in der Villa Patrizia enorm gut gefühlt! Wir konnten eine Woche völlig abschalten. Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht und der Garten ist sehr liebevoll gepflegt! Im Haus fehlt es an rein gar nix, man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann darin Leben!! Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir sofort wieder eine Woche für Oktober gebucht haben!!
