"Très bon camping, nous y sommes restés pour une nuit afin de pouvoir aller au Zoo de Beauval. Nous avons trouvé le camping très propre, qui respecte les règles d’hygiène sanitaires. Nous avons logé dans une Yourte où nous avons bien dormi. Le seul point à redire serait que les matelas étaient assez durs et que malheureusement il n’y avait pas d’animation le soir au camping malgré un soir de 15 août Et nous aurions apprécié une soirée camping. "Restaurant was good but the bed had collapsed and by the time we turned in there was no reception staff so we had a very poor night in a crap bed, it must have been obvious when the room was made up but disregarded. On check out we were given a meagre discount on the meal wine. Frankly pi** poor service for English guests camouflaged by lack of any basic English language you would never think it was compulsory at school for years. Love France and the French had a house here for years but customer service is a lottery in budget hotels. Gallic shrug take it or leave it such a shame."

"Moving around France and this gem was like a vacation from our french vacation. I never opt for hotel breakfast but this was included in low base price. Very well done. Lobby bar fully stocked with snacks and drinks meant not having to find a convenience store. Easy location plus tram stop to the train station. Large rooms. I could live there. "

"Stayed with friends for three days to explore the region. A nice place for a stopover. with a good breakfast and nice resturant . Ideal location for both Tours , the Loire valley wine and chateaux. Our only negatives were coffee at breakfast ( dissapointing and out of a machine , ) and the TV which was not WIFI connected so no netflix or streaming . Other than that it was quiet and convienent with plenty of parking ( with secure barrier at night)"

"Very friendly staff. Basic, small room with kettle, tea and coffee but no stirrers. Carpet was dirty around the side of the bed and could do with replacing. There is a car park but this is not free, which we didn't know when booking. The bar area is very nice."

"A stunning hotel with a wonderful staff, just lacking some attention to details to place it at a solid Four star level - in the lobby: a/ sofas cushions could use some reupholstering, 2/ fresher flowers bouquet, and 3/ a thoughtful music playlist would elevate the first impression! Better quality viennoiseries and bread @ breakfast also expected to elevate the standing"

"Funky, characterful boutique hotel very close to Gare de Tours – and the Tourism Centre where guides meet you for tours of chateaux and all the sights of the Loire Valley. The hotel is a bit quirky but very well maintained with excellent, friendly and helpful staff. From the outside, the hotel doesn’t look like much. The charm is all inside. And it is charming. My room was quiet, comfortable and large enough for my needs. The bed was very comfortable. The blackout curtains create a nice dark space for worry free sleeps. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if I return to Tours."
