"We stayed 6 nights with a family of four and it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment is bright and clean with lots of space for all of us. Check in was really easy, we received lots of information ahead of time and the owner, Marina, is incredibly supportive and responsive. The apartment is steps away from all the sights of Oviedo (Cathedral, museums, restaurants, shopping). Hope to be back soon!"

"The apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, linen and towels. The parking is very close and secure, and the apartment is located on Calle Gascona with a number of lovely Siderias and wonderful restaurants. The Cathedral and museums are all within a 10 min walk. We will look to stay there on our next trip to Oviedo."

"Estancia muy desagradable debido a la falta de limpieza. Baño con pelos en desagüe y por las paredes, sanitarios y accesorio sucios. Lo peor en la cocina; la cafetera echaba tropezones color marrón, el menaje sucio, y las tazas de desayuno con restos de comida gelatinosos. La campana extractora con pelusas grasientas colgando, y armarios sucios. El escurreplatos con manchas negras. Las toallas y sábanas de repuesto tiradas de cualquier forma en los armarios. "por favor, ahorrense su dinero. no se queden en este apartamento. las fotos no son la realidad. llegamos y estuvimos 30 minutos fuera d la puerta intentando abrir la puerta, el código no era el correcto. al lograr entrar al apartamento estabamos a 5 grados y no nos explicaron cómo prender la calefacción, yendo a dormir en el frío causando que mi esposa se resfriara. los baños estaban sucios llenos de pelo y hongos, los cuartos estaban llenos de polvo y frío insoportable durante toda la estadia....

"Hemos estado muy agusto. Dispone de los servicios básicos pero suficiente para 4 personas quizás algunos electrodomésticos tienen excesivo tiempo. De cubertería, vajilla, cristalería y menaje de cocina está muy bien surtida. Los cuchillos y otros utensilios de la pequeña cocina están guardados lejos de ésta y necesitan un cambio o, al menos, un buen afilado. El resto de estancias son amplias y cómodas. "This tiny, efficient apartment was perfect for us. It was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and really well laid out. It included all the basic necessities and a few thoughtful touches as well (a large bottle of water, for example). The location is fantastic. Easy parking on the street and walkable to the aquarium (highly recommend), the harbor and old town. We will definitely return so we can stay longer! Thank you!"

"Seven of us stayed at this fabulous house in mid-September. The house itself is beautiful and immaculately clean. All of us (3 couples and 1 single) had separate bedrooms and our own in-suite bathrooms, and there were an additional 3 bedrooms we didn't need to use. The kitchen is well-appointed with a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a clothes washer. There is a large dining table. The house is on a hill with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Villaviciosa is short drive and...
