"What a great stop before heading to Banff from Vancouver. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming. Very accommodating and aware of the needs of the consumer. The town was sweet and our children loved the game and anime shop in town. The wharf was lovely and we saw several different wildlife while there; two juvenile beavers, blue herring and other colorful birds. I would certainly my recommend PHR to all traveling through. "

"The property was exactly as the promo pictures…outstanding! The hosts, Paul and Shirley were so helpful, explaining how everything worked. There was also many amenities than my timeshare’s bare minimum! The hosts provided essentials like sunscreen, bug spray, but also ketchup, mustard, and more, beer, kettle chips, popcorn, and even REAL coffee creamer. So thoughtful!"

"Jody and Stephen's property was fantastic for my group. There is ample space in the home with multiple bedrooms accommodating a large group of guests. The space itself is gorgeous, with close access to the lake, and lots of outdoor seating. Can't say enough positive things about my experience here. Jody and Stephen were very responsive whenever I had any questions, and had very clear check-in and check-out instructions. I would strongly recommend their property."
