"The house is a great location and perfect for a group of people. We did feel like the property has not been maintained the way it should be for the price.1.) There was a hole in the ceiling on the second floor from a leak from the 3rd floor. The leak came from a molded ice maker.2.) Sugar ants-worse in both kitchens3.) Sinks did not drain properly in a number of bathrooms.4.) Faucet handles corroded in a number of bathrooms5.) House was unlocked when we arrived6.) Floors were dirty-we had to wear shoes the entire time.7.) A couple doors had issues with their locks. "

"Beautiful house ! Immaculately clean! Lovely pool but the hot tub was cold the entire time and the elevator only worked sporadically. Would be lovely to have a large table and umbrella out by the pool."
