We were in The Gothic House. Room 408 had a great view. Maria was very helpful getting us an extra glass and lamp. Loved the rocking chairs outside. Easy to walk around town.

A perfect location with everything you need. This is our second time at Beach House. This year we stayed in The Gables building where the pool is located. We preferred this building over the main hotel because the rooms were much bigger. Great memories and hope you come back!

Found a leftover Michelob Ultra bottle cap on the floor and for $900/night I would expect less sand on the floor and better wall patching, but other than that it was spectacular. Views and staff were excellent.

BIBH is not worth the money if you plan to stay at the Gables Guest Suites. The room was not as advertised and was filthy…lots of spiders and other bugs. Description said there was a closet or a wardrobe, but all it had were pegs to hang our clothing on; fire equipment everywhere in the room, including a bright red exit sign that lit up the room at night.The location was perfect very close to all the attractions. The island is absolutely beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire island. The taxi drivers were friendly and knowledgeable, and the restaurants we dined at were delicious.

Cute, boutique hotel in a great location. 10 min walk from the ferry to arrive/depart on the island, and a solid restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with great views. As a hotel guest, you get free coffee each morning (that actually tastes good) which is a nice perk. As you can tell from the pictures, the rooms are very very small and no frills. Worth staying here!
