"There is much to recommend this hotel. The common areas are lovely; the location beautiful; and the spa very relaxing (though nude, despite being co-ed). The concierge was attentive and helpful. We borrowed e-bikes and enjoyed exploring the surrounding Tegernsee lake area (though they had no helmets - we had to rent these nearby). "The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service.
The hotel is located in a very nice area. Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips.
One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore. Although it is clean, it is really outdated.

"The house was perfect for us as a family of three generations, including small children, gathering from different places. Andrea was very helpful in allowing us an early check-in and gave us a good tour of the house on arrival. The accommodation had everything we needed - a big garden, lots of indoor space (incl. an extra room downstairs for anyone needing to do a bit of work), well-equipped kitchen and even some children's books and toys. She also recommended a marvellous babysitter. "
