"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "The apartment itself is lovely. Very homely and comfortable. We are a family of 5 with 2 older teens and the accommodation provided good space for all. The owner communicated really well so we knew what would happen on our arrival. They had turned on the heating and this was lovely when arriving on a cold day and after a long drive ! Literally everything you could want or need for a positive stay. Lots of crockery and cookware - a washing machine and plenty of bedding. ! Can’t fault in any way...

"Amazing host, huge apt, very clean! Would definitely recommend for a group of 10-12 people. Only downsides: the 10 minute walk to the skilift has LOTS of stairs which is not ideal with ski boots, and the noise from the pub opposite the apt was loud during two consecutive nights for the 2 rooms at the side of the building."

"We happy with the flat, it slept all 7 of us very comfortably and we were 7 adults. The rooms are very spacious and plenty of storage spaces so no need to live out of the suitcases. Bathrooms are also a good size. Kitchen well equipped and clean and tidy. Water for showers is plentiful and hot, the flat is lovely and warm after a hard day skiing. "We had an excellent stay Chez Rosalie. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of fun options for activities. We enjoyed visiting the chocolate factory and taking a lesson on chocolate making, followed by a hike in the mountains where we picked up some fresh local cheese from the farm! My kids also loved the kittens and cats Chez Rosalie - it was a nice bonus for them!"
