They also have a bridal ready room that is Spectacular for the girls to get ready and celebrate in AND a room for the groom and his boys. Both are decorated to make the day feel special. "We enjoyed our stay for Fashion Without Fabric at UW Stout. Property was close to campus, grocery store, and indoor farmer’s market. It was nice to be able to cook as a family instead of having to complete for seating at restaurants. We appreciated the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the private entrance. "This is a beautiful historic house. The two-bedroom apartment opens from the first floor front porch. Parking is at the rear of the house, ample space. Lovely neighborhood. The two bedrooms are on the second floor, up two sets of stairs. This might be a challenge for anyone with a heavy suitcase or physical limitations. Big, well lit bedrooms. Nice bathroom. Great kitchen. "

"Overall, a great weekend getaway for our family! The downstairs unit walked out to a great play space for the kids, and a great screened porch to have our breakfast meals. We enjoyed the paddleboat and canoe, as well as bringing our dog. Only potential drawback is having noisey upstairs renters, as their voices/music/TV could be heard clearly from lower level main bedroom. Also, at 6'3", I bumped my head a few times in the back portion of this rental."
