"Some work friends of mine and myself decided to get away for a weekend and I found this lake house that fit what we were looking for. The house itself was very nice, clean, and well kept. It also had anything you really needed available. I think the only thing I couldn't find was a liquid measuring cup, but no biggy. Beds were very comfy too, no complaints there. I also appreciated that our host provided soap, shampoo, and towels to use. That was a big plus. We mainly sat outside and used the firepit area at night. The boathouse was also a nice spot to chill and take in the lake views. Overall, we had a great experience here and would definitely come back again. Thanks again!"

"Great house with lots of space and comfortable beds. The gameroom was great (although not all the games were the same as pictured).The most noticeable "issues" were the house is a lot dimmer/darker than the pictures, and the outdoor space had a lot of spider webs. But we really had a nice memorable stay.We also went to Dingmans Falls which was aboslutely incredible, and so cool to have it so close by.I would reccommend this house."

"Beautiful and well kept home in a peaceful setting with a responsive host. It’s helpful to get there before dark because the last part of the trip involves a very short drive through a non paved wooded area. The rooms were clean and the home had with lots of features that everyone enjoyed, especially the game room and outside fire pit. We didn’t stay long enough to fit a movie night in our stay but the movie room downstairs looked awesome too."

"The house is right on Fairview Lake, and being in the no-wake part of the lake is a huge bonus. The check in process and communication with the owners/managers of the property was great. The house is a little dated but everything is working fine and clearly labeled for your use. The rental comes with sheets and towels so you don't have to pack them. The house comes with lots of things to do- kayaks, rafts, ping pong table, darts, TV with internet log in, grill, fire pit, corn hole. An important point is there is not a lot of room near the lake for kids to play or run around - not a deal breaker at all but good to know. The air conditioning is wall units and not central air so it take a while to cool down the house if nobody was in it for a few days before your arrival. There are pickle ball and tennis courts within walking distance at a park across the road which was fun. Overall, the house is great and I would rent here again."

"The home was beautifully styled and very spacious. We had several planned activities for my daughter’s 18th birthday, so we spent much of our time out enjoying the weekend. We especially enjoyed using the fire pit to make s’mores. We had planned to use the hot tub on Saturday, but it began to snow.Overall, the home was nice; however, there were a few concerns that should be addressed. The floor panels in the dining room area were coming up and should be looked at. Additionally, a family member nearly got hurt when attempting to sit in a chair in the upstairs bedroom with the loft bed, as one of the chair legs was broken. We also noticed a broken window and burns on the living room carpet.Lastly, I want to thank the homeowners for coming by promptly to shovel everything in time for us to check out after the overnight snowstorm. Overall, I would give a 4 out of 5 stars! "
