"I would not stay again! Filthy room People hanging out in front of entrance. Front entrance not marked. The entire place wreaks of cigarette smell & filth! Room was loud...main highway right outside window. People playing loud music. Worst place ever!"

No desk or table & no electrical outlets in main area except for the streaming screen (for your phone -- not TV). "Clean and has everything we need! Breakfast is okay, nothing much to eat. Downside is no housekeeping daily so we out of toilet papers! Otherwise the price is good! Didnt see any bugs or roach!!! Will stay again. Building is newly updated. "

"I attended a conference downtown Minneapolis and stayed here. Really excellent option for me. Nicer than most of the hotels I could have chosen while paying significantly less. Walkable to a nice grocery store. Great kitchen and refrigerator. On the weekend it was a six minute drive to the conference center."

"Very easy, no-contact check-in. Location was convenient drive to places of interest. Decor was old-fashioned Victorian and added a fun atmosphere. Room had plenty of towels and amenities and was very clean. Really enjoyed our one-night stay."
