When we got there we had a lovely welcome, a guided tour and information and there was a really great welcome pack of wine, bread, butter, cheese, milk, orange juice, flowers from the garden decorating the downstairs and a information pack, well written with loads of recommendations. "A really old house with a mix of very old and very modern furniture-really quirky. Very spacious property,well kitted out with all amenities. Situated in beautiful countryside with lots of attractions nearby. We were overwhelmed by the effort our hosts made for us and felt like old friends by the time we left. "Stayed 4 nights at Saint Sever des Pyrenees and had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Kirsten, Anthony and Scoobie the dog are great hosts - very welcoming, easy going and knowledgeable about the local area and beyond. Located on the edge of a small attractive village surrounded by a beautiful landscape, views to the Pyrenees from your bedroom window, it really is a special spot. "For those wanting to have a completely relaxing break this is a perfect location. So quiet and beautiful. Very well equipped kitchen & spacious living area, super terrace and a lovely garden to enjoy as well as the refreshing pool - much needed on a hot day! Plenty of super walks locally as well as very easy to walk straight from the house. Would recommend taking a torch as the bathroom and toilets are on the ground floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and love the area."

"A beautiful place to stay roughly two minutes from the centre of the charming town of Plaisance. The pool and outside lounge/dining area are large, comfortable and an excellent place to spend sunny days. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are cozy. We comfortably slept 11 people here, and never felt cramped in any of the spaces. The property managers were also fantastic, providing a thorough tour and being available if needed. Highly recommend staying here if staying in Plaisance!"
