Lockrum Point Villa: Seaside Villa 4 Bed/4 Bath/Pool

Welcome to our retreat, Lockrum Point Villa (LPV). This amazing two-level seaside villa sets the stage for luxurious relaxing and entertaining. The villa comes with breath-taking views of the sea and St. Martin, a private pool and a range of luxury amenities for our guests to enjoy.

At Lockrum Point Villa our concierge team will ensure you enjoy your stay. They can help with scheduling travel from St. Martin, taxi at the ferry or airport, and greet you at the villa. The team can also help with any of your travel needs such as: rental car reservation, restaurant reservations, excursions etc...

Lockrum Point Villa was designed to provide our guests with their own personal havens, with two large primary suites both with king beds on the top floor. On the first floor is one bedroom with two twin sized beds and another large bedroom with a king bed. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, hair dryer, spa bath robes and slippers, Caribbean Sea views and air conditioning.

The great room has 25-foot ceilings with two ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The kitchen has quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The outdoor space is fantastic and gives you the ideal place for entertaining. A private pool (20 X 15) gives you and your family/guests the perfect spot to lounge during the day. Also, our signature feature is a gazebo at the point of Lockrum Bay. It is perched on the coral rock over the sea, and is a great spot where you can sip cocktails or tea with friends, watch the sunrise or snooze during the day in a hammock.

FEATURES AND AMENITIES:
Great room that includes a full gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, washer, dryer, and internet access, with the option of private chef /butler service. Guests will enjoy the deck and its view over Lockrum Bay, St. Martin, a private pool, chaise lounges, an outdoor grill, a gazebo and an outdoor shower.

We had a wonderful week at Lockrum Point Villa. It’s a beautiful property with views of St. Martin and away from neighbors for privacy yet an easy drive to anywhere on the island in 20-30 minutes. Really great breezes on the porch and pool deck made afternoons and evenings particularly lovely. Having the gazebo was also really cool. We were a group of friends traveling so having four bedrooms and dedicated bathrooms was critical. One minor thing we didn’t realize: two of the bedrooms are connected by outside stairs, not a huge deal, but wanted to note. We would definitely return and use this property as a base. Kitchen was well stocked for simple meals. The property manager was super helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend for a family or friend gathering!

Beautiful serene retreat

We had a lovely stay at Lockrum Point Villa. It is very isolated which we liked. The views were spectacular. We really enjoyed the pool, and the hammock was an huge hit, especially with our teenage son. The owners and property manager were extremely helpful and responsive. Everyone had their own space to stretch out. The beds were extremely comfortable. One of the highlights of the trip was hiring Chef Leontes Richardson (suggested by the owners) as the private chef. The meals were spectacular. The food was delicious, highlighting local flavors and seafood. The spread was magnificent, including appetizers, multiple fabulous dishes at dinner and dessert. Chef Lee had a server every night so the food was prepared in the kitchen, served outside so we could enjoy beautiful views, and then the kitchen was left immaculate with the dishwasher running. In addition to the food being fantastic, this service allowed our family to relax together and truly enjoy ourselves and the gorgeous scenery. We regretted both dinners that we had out, not because they didn’t even compare to the meals we had with Chef Lee. The island is undeveloped enough that it remains ruggedly beautiful, and we enjoyed our day trips to the beaches. My daughter went diving every day and had a wonderful experience. My only constructive feedback would be that the living room could use a second couch or a sectional to allow for more people to relax in the shared space for movie watching.

Very nice

We had a wonderful time at Lockrum Point Villa. Everything was just as pictured. I didn’t realize it had so many steps. The only issue was the walk out to the gazebo. We felt like the walkway needed a little work for safety. But very minor. Overall, it was wonderful.

Highly Recommend

We spent a week at Lockrum Point Villa with a three generation group. The property was accurately advertised. Upon arrival we were met by a member of the property management team that welcomed us to the property and gave us a brief tour/overview of the property. We rented two cars and found the property to be conveniently located to many local beaches and restaurants. The property was well appointed, clean, and served as a great homebase for the week

Perfect!

We spent such an amazing week at Lockrum Point Villa that we booked it again for next year! The views of the ocean with St Maarten in the distance were beautiful and the house was lovely and spacious for our family of six (kids 18-26). We all had a great time. There is everything that you will need including robes, slippers and toiletries. Marcia and Marvin took great care of us throughout the week, and everyone on the island was so friendly. I highly recommend this villa. Thank you Jason and Sue Gumbs! Your property was perfect and you were very helpful answering our questions and giving us recommendations for an unforgettable vacation.

Quality & Relaxing Villa with most amazing VIEWS

Anguilla is a wonderful relaxing destination and the villa was the perfect place to stay. Jason (owner) and management team are top-notch! They were extremely helpful from start to finish, as you would expect from a 5-star resort. The villa & views are so relaxing and beautiful surrounded by nature. We are a family of 6, kids aged 14 to 22) and everyone loved it. We appreciated all the extra amenities provided such as spa robes, toiletries, beach towels, umbrellas, stocked kitchen. We are looking forward to returning again!’

Lockrum Point Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Lockrum Point. We were escorted to the property (by Marcia’s mother who was so kind to meet us) and shown around the home. Snacks were even waiting for us after a long travel day. Sherry was so sweet and kept the home clean daily. Jason, you’ve really thought of everything to make a stay in your home very enjoyable. (Even fresh condiments stocked in the fridge!!)

Lockrum Bay villa exceeded all of our expectations. The villa was lovely and very clean.

We loved staying at the Lockrum Villa. We were greeted at the airport by Marcia who was a real sweet heart. She called daily to check on us and to see if we needed anything. The villa was beautifully decorated and very clean. Cleaning service was also provided mid week. Plenty of cooking equipment if you’d like to cook in. The view was amazing. Plenty of shells located near the gazebo area. Which I love to collect on each visit to the island. We were greeted with a wonderful fruit and cheese platter along with beer and water. Both were wonderful after a long day of travel. I would recommend the villa to anyone visiting the island. We had a party of 8 with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all.

Wish I was there now!!

Just stayed at Lockrum Point last week, and I am already missing it! Can't say enough about this home and Anguilla itself. The photos don't do it justice. Beautiful home well maintained. Marcia and her husband were the best, they were just a phone call away for any questions we had. This was our first time to Anguilla, but certainly not our last! Do not hesitate to book this home, if you get a chance.
