Great stay
House was clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of room for everyone. The property manager was wonderful, so nice and very responsive. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Mountain Getaway
Loved staying here. House in a beautiful setting with amazing view. Every possible need was supplied I.e, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Plenty of room for 6 of us and everything immaculate. Would definitely come again. Easy access to shopping, restaurants & activities in surrounding towns.

Perfect Location!
We had a great stay! The view from the back deck was beautiful and the location was convenient to anything we needed. We were in town to ski and loved being close enough to come and go when we needed a break! The space was great and the hosts were so thoughtful to leave welcome treats and recommendations for the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing accommodations!
This was the perfect place to stay for a quick getaway in the mountains. Our hosts were so accommodating, leaving us cookies and wine and meeting us at the house upon check-in to show us around. The place was cozy and comfortable, and our littles got a kick out of being able to hear the Tweetsie train whistle and see the lights in the distance. Couldn’t beat the location either - a short ride up and down the windy mountain but otherwise so close to Tweetsie and the perfect distance between Boone and Blowing Rock. We would love to come back for future stays!

Cozy Home with stunning views
First, we would like to thank Vicki for such a warm welcome. Christmas cutout cookies for the grandkids and a bottle of wine for the adults. Vicki met us at the property to make sure we got in, knew where we could find things and offered any assistance needed during our stay. The home was spotless. Everything you need to get your stay started. The furniture was comfortable. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 grandchildren. The grandsons loved the twin beds in one of the downstairs bedrooms. They made themselves at home, lying on their twin beds talking and playing. They watched deer come and visit from the deck and the enjoyed seeing Tweetsie all lite up for the holiday. You could hear the trains whistling periodically. We went there one evening for a visit and it’s small but magical. The town of Blowing Rock is adorable. Many shops and restaurants. Both grandsons learned to ski at Appalachian Ski Mountain. The 6 yr old was on the Intermediate sloops after 2 private lessons and the 3 yr old was able to master turning and stopping. This home is convenient, clean and comfortable and we will be visiting again.

Cozy home with awesome location
Hosts were very pleasant. The location of the property is fantastic. Great views and within eyesight of the train and the Appalachian Ski resort. My family had a wonderful vacation.

Family Vacation
We went with our family to tweetsie for Thanksgiving weekend and everything about our stay at the home was perfect. The cabin was exactly as listed. We enjoyed being welcomed with warm cookies and a bottle of wine! Hearing the whistle and seeing lights from the train were magical for our kids! Cannot wait to hopefully visit again next year! Highly recommend this home and hosts!
