If you're spending some time in Downtown Blowing Rock, Blowing Rock Auditorium and Blowing Rock Art and History Museum are top sights worth seeing.

Easy check in and out. The cabin and surrounding grounds were in excellent condition and well kept. A call to the office with questions was answered promptly and courteously.

Excellent stay in Chetola! Anne was very responsive and accommodating especially with the snow/ice storm! The crew at Chetola was great working hard to clear the sidewalks, walkways and roadways for all the guests. The condo was clean and cozy and perfect for our needs! Close to Moses Cone trails, ...

Blowing Rock has many opportunities to admire the scenery and take pictures. There are many quaint shops and we loved the architecture of the buildings and homes. So many things to see in one trip. We will definitely visit again as soon as possible.
Most restaurants close at 9 p.m. Less than ten minutes away from Boone, which has lots of options.
This is a nice place to visit with outlet shopping and plenty of dining options. It is 15 - 45 minutes to all 3 winter resorts that offer skiing, ice skating and snow tubing.
It is the gateway to the rest of the mountain towns in the area, such as Boone or Banner Elk. The Green Park Inn and Blowing Rock saves us 30-ish minutes both ways, making this a great one-night destination.
