Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland East/Mayfield Village
10/10 Excellent
"This was our 2nd time staying at Hilton Garden Inn in Mayfield Village. We would have made reservations for our return trips for Thanksgiving & Christmas, but the pool will be closed for renovations & our daughter & grandson love to swim here. We do look forward to all the renovations that are going on! One thing we really enjoy is a section of the dining room with nice tables & a menu for ordering delicious breakfasts from the kitchen. Even though there is a charge, it is well worth not having sterno food or going out! The hostess/waitress who handles this is a warm, friendly soul!"
Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield by IHG
8/10 Good
"The room was clean, but a few items, including the bathroom sink faucet handle and a picture on the wall were pretty obviously broken. Much more disappointing was the lack of hot water. Our showers were lukewarm at best."
The Aurora - a Boutique Hotel

Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Beachwood
8/10 Good
"Everything met the high standards of Hampton Inn except the front desk staff. They seem to be nice people but are lacking in customer service skills. Engaging a co-worker in a personal conversation in the middle of checking in a customer is unprofessional, and it should be automatic for a clerk to ask the customer how their stay was at check-out."
Spark by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood
10/10 Excellent
"Newly updated, clean, and helpful staff, especially with an allergy issue."
Staybridge Suites Cleveland Mayfield Heights Beachwood by IHG
8/10 Good
"I liked that the hotel was clean overall! The room was fridge needed to be dusted off and the tub could use a refresh but overall the stay was quiet and pleasant. My husband and I like Staybridge so we will continue to stay there."
Red Roof Inn Cleveland - Mentor/ Willoughby

"The location is convenient. We needed more blankets and only one was available."
Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood

"It was a decent stay. Property a bit out dated and worn"
TownePlace Suites by Marriott Cleveland Solon

"Staff was great, breakfast was disappointing"
