"Fundamentally this hotel has a lot to offer in terms of its location, and the bed was comfy / restaurant was decent, but overall we were very disappointed with the rooms, which are basically portakabins with super thin walls, cracked floorboards, lukewarm showers and no charm. The restaurant staff were all pretty unfriendly too. By far the worst value for money of anywhere we stayed in Patagonia. "

"The staff were good, the location was brilliant, the food was good. The reason the review didn't get five stars was because the walls in the room are paper thin and we could hear the conversation the room next door was having till late every evening, and when they woke up very early in the morning because they woke us up. As important as the staff, the food and the location is, a primary function of the room is to give you a good night's sleep. Unfortunately it was very hard at this hotel. "
