"The location and price can't be beat. If you have ever stayed in the area, you should know what to expect. I was not disappointed at all, and it was very convenient to Wally's. The Fridge was dirty, and not working, but other than that, everything was ok. The beds were fine spot and we all slept well. The balcony is nice, and it is close to a lot of good things. Would recommend if you are looking for a cheap spot to sleep in the area."

"The room was clean. They provide soap and shampoo in a dispenser but the soap was empty. I used the bathroom when I first got there and I had go to office to get hand soap. I room was cleaned by housekeeping and they thru out my coffee I left on the kitchen counter. My selfie stick remote disappeared. The entry door to the room was very flimsy. For the price, I expected a little more. The room was beautiful, the view was fantastic. A private balcony does not mean two adjoining that could easily be climbed over."

"Great location 1 block from the beach. It's an older building and the rooms show their age, but for the price and convenience, it was a wonderful stay. It's not the Four Seasons, but it doesn't pretend to be either. Manage your expectations, and your stay will be fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The upgraded my stay to a two bedroom apartment for no extra charge...very thoughtful of them!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean. Rooms were clean. The air conditioners worked but look unhealthy inside (?mold?). Gentleman from the office brought over a grill to use ❤️ Beds were decent. THE BACK PORCH however should have CAUTION tape at the door. It doesn't look safe. The front porch was great. The front stairs are sturdy, they are at such an angle that they're thin, more like one slat. We did have one guest slip, then a second one slipped as they tried to quickly help the first person. Just pay attention. I would rent again. Enjoy your stay."
