"The area of course is getting older and will need some upgrades. For example the toilet is so low to the floor, I could not comprehend it. I’m a firm believer that cleanliness is key to good customer service. There were some areas that were not clean. So I used my sanitizer and Clorox wipes to wipe down the countertops and rest room. The majority of the room was clean. Overall there was a good attempt to clean the room. I’m sorry I’m a very clean person. The desk clerks were very helpful and professional. "

"The Denizen is sort of a fancy Residence Inn. Pros: Nice rooms and excellent proximity to restaurants and transportation in the McKinney area. Negatives: Its next to a freeway and the noise is significant. They only clean the room every 3 days, and that means no coffee replacements unless you ask for it. No in hotel cafe. Neither good or bad: It has a small kitchen. They do not have an ironing board or iron in the room. They provide a steamer in the room, which sort of works on suits and dresses, but not shirts. Overall a nice place and would stay again."
