Looking for a get away in the heart of the Aska Adventure area? Do you like to rock on the screened porch and watch wildlife wander past? Would you like to take a long walk down a country lane or be only a mile from the best fishing holes around? If so, this is the cabin for you.

This cozy cabin is in a private location right in the heart of the best that Blue Ridge/Aska has to offer. Situated just 1 mile from the Toccoa River with easy access for fishing, canoeing, or tubing, the cabin is sure to please. Only minutes from the Benton/MacKaye trail and many other hiking trails and water falls as well, you can hike all day and come home to a long soak in the hot tub. There are also, several beautiful walks right outside your door if you want a stroll down country lanes. This cabin is only an hour and a half from Atlanta making it the perfect vacation spot and with Wi-Fi available it can't be beat.

Great little spot

Great location, great property! Nice for a relaxing weekend with my wife. Deer are everywhere was fun to watch them in and out all day! Cabin was well stocked and provided everything we needed for our weekend.

Relaxing mountain cabin

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this cab! It is so peaceful and the scenery is beautiful this time of year (October.) we lovedseeingtht deer each morning and evening z will definitely go back!

Cute Cabin in the Woods

If you want a quiet little cabin in the woods, this is perfect. With close proximatity to tubing, fishing or kayaking on the Toccoa River it's good for relaxing or activities. Saw deer while in the hottub!

Peaceful stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! We loved seeing the deer and other wildlife. We loved how peaceful the cabin was, it made for a very peaceful stay. We loved the scenic drive up the cabin. The dirt road leading to the cabin was interesting but after a couple of drives on the road we got used to it. The cabin was well stocked and the hot tub was great! Will be back!

Nice private retreat

This cabin was so cute and well appointed. Loved the privacy and quiet. We were visited by many deer as we sat on the lovely screened porch and drank coffee. Cabin was clean, beds were super comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing retreat

Long weekend getaway before school year begins. Ability to choose to disconnect or not from cell was very welcome. Watching deer and other wildlife was quite pleasant.

Always a great stay!

We love it here. This was our third time staying here. It's quiet and perfect for couples looking to getaway and recharge. Each time we have stayed, there have been small changes, so you can tell it is well cared for. Honestly, we would stay here every time we visited the area if the calendars aligned just right. Thank you so much for a great time and taking such care of the cabin!

Great get away

Great place to get away with one’s own thoughts or have fun with family. Communication with host was excellent. Deer (including a tiny fawn), birds, squirrels, rabbit all kept me company as viewed from the screened porch. Place was quiet (except or neighbor’s rooster and goose) but they were far enough away not to bother anyone that doesn’t like that.

Very nice all around

Very nice cabin everything was super clean and very quiet...except the rooster up the hill. It was not super secluded but enough we had privacy. The deer were all over and we enjoyed seeing them come eat. The area is highly populated and touristy. Hot tub was beautiful. Loved the swing outside and the screened in porch.

Get-away

We had a great time at the cabin, relaxing and enjoying the experience. Woke up in the morning and fed the deer corn and apples and then spent the day hiking the beautiful mountains. Returned in the evening to unwind in the hot tub. The time spent relaxing was much needed. There were plenty of accessories there at the cabin to use.

Fantastic Mountain Retreat

We stayed in this cabin 20 years ago for our honeymoon. It’s changed owners since then, but we were so excited to find it on VRBO for our 20th anniversary. After a string of disappointing VRBO rentals, we were delighted to find a clean, cozy cabin with a fully stocked kitchen with adequate silverware, dinnerware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. This is definitely a property that the owners love and care for…and actually stay at…not just a run down rental income property that they don’t care about and leave barely stocked with essentials like most VRBO’s these days. Plus, there were deer. Lots of them. So much fun. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and left refreshed. This place is a real treat!

Get away!

We had a great stay. The cabin is well equipped, and very private. We were comfortable, and enjoyed the accommodations. It’s somewhat remote, but that’s what we like. You can be in Blue Ridge in 20 minutes or so, or Elijay in about 30 minutes. The fire logs are gas, and they are brand new. They work great. Trust me. They heated the entire house in maybe 10 minutes. It was great. The hot tub is brand new this week. We wanted to try it, but it was really cold outside and we were not that brave, even though we had planned to. I recommend this get away spot if you are considering a visit to the North GA Mountains. I plan to book again in the future.

Oh Deer

Where do I start…. We saw deer every day. In the evening of our arrival, my husband was getting the grill ready and 3 large deer popped up near the truck. The next morning we saw them across from the cabin. And again the next morning looking off the back of the cabin. The cabin has everything anyone would need, including the things you think about and still end up forgetting to bring. I’d have to say that the beds were the most comfortable beds, outside of our own. The location was perfect. It was far enough removed that the silence was almost eerie, but welcomed. We got into a match with the rooster up the road while sitting out on the screened in porch in the morning... every time he went cockadoodle doo!, my husband said he was saying “whatcha gonna do?!?” We talked back to it and had a good chuckle. This cabin was perfect in every way. Absolutely loved staying at the cabin and want to say thank you for allowing guests to experience the beauty and nature surrounding your cabin. Comfortable cabin in a perfect location. We came to this area to see the fall color change and there was a nice display in the yard at this cabin. We also saw several deer every morning and evening from the cabin porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, remote cabin. Host provided good information about the area of things to see and do. They also offered excellent information on the amenities of the cabin. This was an excellent relaxing stay, my husband and I enjoyed our time there and highly recommend. We would definitely stay again.
