The Space:

Welcome to “Serenity at Overlook," a stunning newly built cabin with a modern touch in the heart of the Appalachian mountains, where relaxation comes naturally! This cabin is about 10-15 minutes to the exciting adventures of the area (Mercier Orchards, Blue Ridge Lake and Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, downtown Blue Ridge/ grocery stores, etc) & will accommodate up to 8 guests. Treat yourself to an extraordinary getaway in the mountains!



This professionally decorated 3-bedroom cabin rental is perfect for families and groups of friends! Whether hanging out on the sunrise-facing porches while sipping your coffee, relaxing in the hot tub, or cozying up next to the indoor fireplaces, the beautiful mountain views offer the perfect focal point for your relaxing mountain getaway!



Please note there are no pets allowed. This is to respect the owner's pet allergies and potential guest allergies. Due to past guests ignoring this rule, if pets are brought to the cabin without approval, there will be a $500 fine. We take this seriously to help our guests feel safe at all times.



The Main Floor features an open living room with a sliding glass wall highlighting the year-round long-range mountain view. There is a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, a half bath, and a Smart TV (Cable TV), making meal times and movie nights extra cozy. (Please note that gas fireplaces in this cabin are only operable from October 1st through April 30th.) The main level deck has a gorgeous lounge area overlooking the mountains with a dining table seating 8, outdoor furniture, and a propane outdoor fire table.



The dining table seats 8 with 4 barstools at the kitchen island. The kitchen features marble countertops, stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, BBQ tools, first aid kit, cleaning supplies, knife set, toaster, spices, cutting boards, baking sheets, muffin pan, dishes, Wine glasses, pitcher, silverware, pots and pans, blender, mixing utensils, wine opener, measuring utensils, mixing bowls, strainer, glass casserole dishes, Tupperware, serving dishes, electric griddle, and a crockpot. Just outside on the porch is a gas grill that has a provided propane tank.

There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink.

The first of 3 King master suites to the left of the living room features a Smart TV (streaming only), deck access, mountain views, and a private attached bathroom with granite countertops and a tile walk-in shower.



Across the main floor, you will find the second king master suite featuring a Smart TV (streaming only), deck access, mountain views, and a private attached bathroom with granite countertops and a tile shower/tub combo.



The upper level features a sliding barn door leading to the stairs for added seclusion for the perfect place for the kids to enjoy a movie or unwind after a fun day of exploring Blue Ridge. The upper-level open loft houses the queen-sized pull-out sofa bed nestled among countless pillows and blankets. The Smart TV provides streaming access, and the small high-top table offers a dedicated workspace when a business task can’t wait.



The lower level features an entertainment area with porch access, a gas fireplace, Smart TV (streaming only), and a mini wet bar with a sink, microwave, and fridge!

There is the final king suite on this level. It has direct porch access, Smart TV (streaming only), and a private attached bathroom with a tile walk-in shower.



Open the door to the right of the entertainment area on the lower level to discover a game room of dreams in the garage portion of the cabin. It features corn hole boards, foosball, basketball hoops machine, and bean bag chairs for taking a break between games.



The lower level porch features outdoor seating, a ping pong table, and a hot tub that seats 8 overlooking the view with string lights to provide ambient lighting. A few rock steps down from the lower porch is the above-ground fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs.

The cabin is professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay. Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book are required to sign a rental agreement PDF.



Please note the roads leading up to the cabin are all paved with incline angles and switchback curves. This cabin can be reached with 2WD.
