"Everything was wonderful for our stay. Only thing is I wish there was a broom and some basic cleaning supplies. I know there's cleaning crew that comes but I like to leave things how they were and you never know when you may need those things. But it's a beautiful clean place with a great view. Highly recommend. "

Clean linen which is very important to us. I would have liked a more secure parking place but we had no issues."

Great little glass blowing shop up the street and walking path near by. Only complaint was you can hear people walking above you but it was very quiet at night, Owner was very nice. Great deal."

"Above all else the location is FANTASTIC. It is in the heart of Asheville and an easy walk to just about everything.. The Condo's Kitchen was very well equiped with anything you can think of.. The master Bedroom and Bath were very roomy. Hanging up clothes is challenging since the Master closet is locked. Besides that, it was a very comfortable living space for the 4 of us. Close Parking is limited and they fill up fast. Would I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY!!"

Very thorough instructions for the stay. Wonderful patio so cute and relaxing for morning coffee and after a day of running around. Private hot tub was awesome. "This place was very nice overall. It is in a great location near Beaver Lake and a short drive to downtown Asheville. Brandon is a really nice guy and a very gracious and generous host. The weather was not very favorable, but we were still able to see a lot and we enjoyed some really good food downtown. There is also a great place to eat at the end of his street. I would not hesitate rebooking this place for our future visits to Asheville."

"Fun little couple getaway. We stayed in the basement apartment which looked out onto main st. This one room apt was clean and very nice. Bathroom was tiled and very nice. The communication from the host said not to trust GPS and to follow their directions, but I couldn’t find their directions. There was also two different addresses mentioned for the rental. I searched the two addresses and could tell by satellite photos which was correct. GPS got us to the house, but we had no idea where to...
