"Great stay for our quick weekend get away! Room was very clean with plenty of towels, Cold A/C, and a firm bed. We enjoyed seeing the river and ducks outside our window. Breakfast was good, with a spacious dining area. Will definitely stay again."

"I loved the hotel. I stayed in the resort. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area were incredible. The breakfast was good enough. No fresh fruit. My favorite breakfast experience was sitting outside and watching the wildlife along the river. The view was beautiful and relaxing. Parking was easy and free. The pool was so much fun for the kids. It had a lazy river, a slide and a fountain. It was clean and beautiful. There was an indoor pool as well. The rooms were beautiful, but musty. I did not give the resort five stars because housekeeping did not clean the room and make the beds daily. Only once in our five night stay were the beds made. I was ready to go out and buy a broom to sweep the carpet. I wasn’t the only person to contemplate that thought. The towels were changed and the garbage emptied daily. The location was okay. I used the trolley often, since the hotel was near the trolley stop."

"We always choose to stay here if the prices are reasonable because the hotel is in a very good location we’re it’s far enough off the main road and you’re not hearing all the noise and it’s very close to all the restaurants and Dollywood and we always get the room with the option to have your bedroom closed off which means there’s a door and that also helps with the noise outside in the hallway."

"The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful, courteous & outstanding. Breakfast was good which I purchased at Starbucks. The Casino was fine although I didn’t win any money."

"Breakfast was great. Room was small bit clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. $25 to park was a little frustrating since you have no other option."

"The lobby, hallways, and rooms were very clean. The grounds were kept very clean. Internet and cable were out for three of the four days we stayed there. Breakfasts each morning were attended by Mica who was extremely pleasant, hard working, kept supplies full, and cleaned the tables quickly as people left."
