"We were very excited to stay here because of the beautiful outside pictures. Upon arrival we almost immediately left. Up grown with weeds, hotel needing repairs, several dogs in fenced area. Pulled around to parking and owner came out upset because e have a service dog, said he was unaware and not allowed! "We loved this property. Everything was just as listed. Jerry at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our family of 9. They was plenty of space and everything was clean. Perfect location too. We walked from our place to the strip in Gatlinburg. I would definitely book again!"
